March Currently

Hi All!  It has been a little while since I have last blogged.  I am linking up with Oh' Boy 4th Grade for her March Currently.  March is such a great month for learning.

I am currently listening to The Bachelor.

I am currently loving my students excitement for March is Reading Month.  They are tracking their minutes at home and they have already started in.  At this rater they will all beat my monthly reading minutes.  They are loving books and will soar this month.

I am currently thinking that I need to blog more often.  I get caught up in work, masters classes and life and forget but need to reflect more often.

I am currently wanting an unlimited supply of books for my classroom.  There are so many great new titles that are coming out and I don't have enough money or scholastic points to buy them all.  I joined my first #titletalk twitter chat last night and wow did my list get long!

I am needing more hours in the day or to utilize my hours better!  I'd love to have time to balance everything.

I am planning on starting my Spring Break at the Michigan Reading Conference!  This will be my 3rd time attending and have loved it each time so far.  I'm hoping for a shopping trip with my good friend as well!

  1. Ok...I am on the West Coast so you gotta tell me if tonight's Bachelor is worth tuning in for. I tend to Zzzz when Chris talks (or not talk since he is busy locking lips or giggling like a girl) most of the time. I think he's a nice guy, but this has got to be the most boring season of The Bachelor!

  2. I want to buy all the books too. It's a problem. Thank goodness for the public library!

  3. I am also watching The Bachelor. I love to see them surprise Bachelor parties. I think it would be fun to have a party like that. I feel the same about about time lately. I think some people must just go,go,go and not watch and tv or be attached to any tech.
    Cute Blog! Happy March!
